Former judgeBhagwandas excused becoming chairman NAB

Former senior judge of Pakistan Judiciary Rana Bhagwandas has excused becoming the chairman of NAB.

Reported by a tv channel’s report, the thoughts of supreme court and laws are the hurdles in recruiting Bhagwandas as the chairman because according to the rules, the a person who had already been serving during the post of chairman FPSC can't be selected at some other post.

Supreme court of the Pakistan suggests that any modification within the FPSC law can't be accepted for 1 individual.

For his sake of respect, Bhagwandas has declined on becoming the chairman of NAB.
